Operators is a functionality where you can limit access to certain areas and functionalities of CashSale POS.
Operator will need to provide password to enter sales or edit settings.
You can create, edit operators under Item Setup.
After enabling operators in Settings synchronization with peer devices will be encrypted with key.
Encryption Key needs to be set the same on all devices. Go to Advanced Settings to edit key if needed.
You need to select correct Role for the Operator. On Roles screen you can permit certain permissions or rename selected Role.
You can limit or grant access to Settings, changing Mode or applying discount and others.
Operator needs to have password set. It can be numeric or alphanumeric.
As operator with granted permission you can grant temporary permission to other user.
Optionally you can login with QR Code. On Login screen present generated QR Code. You can print or take a photo of QR code.
Keep QR code image a secret as it contains your current password.
Operator Summary and Operator Transaction report are helpful to settle specific operator
